If you have a freshly poured concrete according to your design, pattern or any other specifications, it is always suggested to do concrete sealing. Why? Concrete sealing prevents seepage and the unnecessary lift of a concrete after an overlay. It seals the concrete properly. While polymers really do a great job in sticking to its substrate, sealing will finally do the closing.

Usually, concrete sealing is done after every mixture has been applied on the concrete for your driveway. These are basically finish concrete floor coatings that creates the impenetrability of the concrete. In this way, your concrete is protected from easily cracked or stamped or broken. The seepage or any liquid drips that may go through under the concreter are one of the main reasons that can damage your concrete. Sealed concretes are way better than unsealed ones, at least when you talk about durability and lifetime.
